Price and reservation information
- The price is intended per apartment per day (only overnight stay).
- The price changes according to the number of people, the duration of stay and the season.
- We have a 3 nights minimum stay requirement.
- The local tax of 2.60 € per day for adults and children older than 14 years is not included in the price.
- Pets are allowed and pay 10 € a day.
- In case the apartments are not left clean and tidy, we charge 50 € for cleaning.
- Any damage has to be paid.

Deposit:
- Has to be payed within 7 days from the booking confirmation
- Is calculated according to the length of stay
Cancellation Policy:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following cancellation policy:
- The confirmatory deposit will be retained in any case
- Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of stay
- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price of stay
- In case of early depature or late arrival: 100% of the total price of stay
Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 2006/2005 (Consumers’ Code).
Payment:
- Occures the day before departure

Check-in & Check-out:
- At your arrival, the apartments will be ready at 2 pm; if you are arriving later than 8 pm we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.
- The day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment at 9:30 am the latest
